Use the help bubble in the corner of any XRAI page, or open the contact form from the main XRAI website.
What to include
To help us answer quickly, include as much of this as you can:
- your account email address
- which page or step you were on when the problem happened
- the exact error message you saw, if there was one
- the clinic, pharmacy, or organization you were using, if relevant
- screenshots — only if they do not show sensitive health or payment details
If you are signed in to a clinic or pharmacy's part of XRAI
If you are using XRAI through a specific clinic or pharmacy, the help bubble may ask whether you want help from XRAI itself or from that organization. Pick the one closest to your problem:
- Choose the clinic or pharmacy for questions about appointments, your prescription, an order they fulfilled, or anything they handle directly.
- Choose XRAI for sign-in problems, account problems, payment problems, or anything that is not specific to one clinic or pharmacy.
