How to Get Help
There are two ways to get help with XRAI:
- The help bubble inside XRAI. When you are signed in, look for a help bubble in the corner of the page. It is the fastest way to reach support and can sometimes also route you to the clinic or pharmacy you are using.
- The contact form. Visit the XRAI contact page from any browser, even when you are not signed in.
Before contacting us
Having a few details ready helps us answer faster:
- your account email address
- which page or step you were on
- which clinic, pharmacy, or organization you were using (if any)
- the exact error message you saw, if there was one
