How to Get Help

There are two ways to get help with XRAI:

  • The help bubble inside XRAI. When you are signed in, look for a help bubble in the corner of the page. It is the fastest way to reach support and can sometimes also route you to the clinic or pharmacy you are using.
  • The contact form. Visit the XRAI contact page from any browser, even when you are not signed in.

Before contacting us​

Having a few details ready helps us answer faster:

  • your account email address
  • which page or step you were on
  • which clinic, pharmacy, or organization you were using (if any)
  • the exact error message you saw, if there was one
