When to contact support

The pharmacy that fulfilled an order is usually the fastest way to resolve order-specific problems (wrong items, missing items, delivery delays). Contact XRAI support if:

  • you cannot reach the pharmacy after two business days
  • a payment was charged but no order was created
  • you need help finding an order that is not appearing in your account
