Signing In
If your clinic or pharmacy invited you, sign in with the email address they used to set up your account.
Where you can sign in
You can sign in to XRAI from either:
- Your clinic or pharmacy's website — their own web address (for example,
northsidemedical.com.au) or an XRAI subdomain (for example,northside-medical.xrai.com.au). You see only that clinic or pharmacy. xrai.com.au— every clinic and pharmacy you have access to, in one place.
It is the same account either way. To use a different clinic or pharmacy, open their site, or sign in to xrai.com.au to see them all together.
Which one should I use?
- If you only deal with one clinic and one pharmacy, go straight to their website. Bookmark it.
- If you deal with more than one,
xrai.com.auis the easiest way to see them all in one place.
If you cannot sign in
- Make sure you are using the email address your clinic or pharmacy invited.
- If you are waiting for a verification email, see Email delivery and account access.
- If a login code or password reset is not arriving, see Sign in and account access.
- If you still cannot get in, contact XRAI support and include the email address you are trying to use.
Note that you will need to send us an email from the email address registered on XRAI. If you no longer have access to this email, you will be required to submit personal identification and other documents to provide sufficient evidence of ownership.
