Getting Started
XRAI is the online platform where you can book appointments with your clinic, order from your pharmacy, and manage your prescriptions in one place.
If a clinic or pharmacy has invited you, your account is already set up to work with them. You sign in with your email and password, or with a one-time code sent by email or SMS.
What you can do
- Book and manage appointments with your clinic
- View and forward prescriptions, including eScripts
- Order over-the-counter items and prescription medicines from your pharmacy
- Track your orders and deliveries
- Update your profile, contact details, and saved payment methods
