Email Delivery and Account Access

XRAI uses email for sign-in, verification, support replies, and important account notifications. If those emails are not arriving, the topics below explain why and what to do.

XRAI emails are blocked from your inbox

Your email address has been added to a do-not-send list by our email provider. This usually happens when:

  • earlier emails to your address bounced back as undeliverable,
  • your email provider flagged XRAI messages as spam, or
  • you (or your provider) unsubscribed from XRAI emails.

You cannot remove this block yourself. Contact XRAI support and include your account email address. We will check the situation and remove the block if it is safe to do so. Once it is removed, request a new login code or password reset to confirm email is working again.

We have temporarily stopped sending email to your address

We may pause email to an address when several recent messages have bounced back. This stops important messages from being repeatedly sent to a mailbox that cannot receive them.

To get email working again:

  1. Sign in to XRAI and look for the email verification prompt at the top of the page.
  2. Request a new verification email.
  3. Check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions tab.
  4. Open the email and tap the verification link.

If no verification email arrives at all, your address may be fully blocked (see the section above) — contact XRAI support.

Your account has been disabled

If XRAI email cannot reach your address for an extended period, we disable the account so that important security and support messages do not keep failing.

Contact XRAI support from a working email address. We will verify your identity, reactivate the account where appropriate, and help you update the email address on file.
